If you’ve never used an adult coloring book, you aren’t living. Adult coloring books give you all the feels of your 90s childhood along with the satisfaction of finally being able to color in the lines. Redemption is sweet.

I don’t think this one needs explaining. It’s always a good idea.

bubble bath

Treat yo’self to warm, bubbly bath and wash away all the yuck of today. Get in spa-mode with some sleepy tunes, candlelit mood lighting and a fresh towel.

just have a cup of tea

Drink tea. Adult so hard.

take a walk

Fresh air! Nature! Exercise! But easier than real exercise.

cleaning spree

I know, this one might actually sound more stressful. But you know what they say, clean house = clean mind.

work on your fitness

Get your bod in shape, clear your mind, stare at hot guys in the weight room. Whatever gets you through the day.

make a playlist of your favorite songs

Music is medicine for the soul. Make a playlist with your current faves, high school jams or best I-just-need-to-cry songs, and sit back and enjoy.

With so many ways to relieve stress without picking up a cigarette, why even bother? Smoking not only hurts your health, it can make your stress worse by leaving you with a nasty and expensive addiction. So get your Oprah on and slip into a bubble bath next time you just can’t even.
